Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with MasoAir LLC. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. However, please review our return and refund policies carefully, as some restrictions apply.

1. General Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted on eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date. Products must be in their original, unused condition and in the original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at masoair@gmail.com with your order details, and our team will guide you through the process. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fitting Kits & Spare Parts: Due to the specialized nature of these items, all sales on fitting kits and spare parts are final and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Forged Wheels: Each forged wheel is custom-made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns or cancellations once the order has been placed.

3. Restocking Fee

  • All accepted returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Return Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email notification regarding the status of your return.
  • If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will work to resolve the situation promptly.
  • Damaged or defective items will not be subject to the restocking fee if a replacement or repair is deemed necessary.

6. Exchanges

  • At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the desired product.
