Thank you for choosing MasoAir LLC. Below is important information about our shipping practices and timelines. Please read carefully to understand when you can expect your order.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch Times

  • Standard Products: Most items are processed and dispatched within 3-5 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • OnAir Air Suspension Kits: Orders for OnAir Air Suspension kits are prioritized and will be shipped within 5 business days from the order date.
  • Wheels: Our wheels are custom-made to order to ensure the highest quality. As such, they require additional production time and may take up to 35 days to manufacture before shipping.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.
  • Once dispatched, standard delivery times range from 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Please note that these are estimated times and may vary due to factors outside of our control.

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number via email so you can monitor its progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to UK, USA & Canada. We have partners who deliver to other countries 
  • Please note that shipping times may be extended for remote locations.

5. International Shipping

  • Duties and taxes for international shipments may vary and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for potential additional charges.

6. Delays and Issues

  • While we aim to deliver within the estimated time frames, some delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, customs). If there are any significant delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
